Lettuce Eat is a cloud kitchen with a subscription-based nutrition meal service designed to support weight loss, metabolic health, and long-term lifestyle improvement. You select your preferred plan (1 to 3 meals per day), and freshly prepared, portion-controlled healthy meals are delivered directly to your doorstep.
We offer flexible meal subscription plans ranging from 1 meal per day to 3 meals per day, including vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. Plans are structured for Weight Loss, Muscle Gain & Stay Fit. You can choose specific meals (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner) during registration.
Your plan is curated based on age, weight, height, food preferences, and health objectives to ensure calorie balance and nutritional accuracy. We also offer certified dietitian consultations for precise personalization (charged separately).
Our plans support general wellness. Individuals with medical conditions such as diabetes, PCOS, thyroid disorders, hypertension, or cholesterol imbalance are advised to consult their physician before starting.
If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, on medication, or managing any medical condition, we strongly recommend consulting your healthcare provider prior to enrolling.
Subscription & Delivery
You can subscribe directly through our website by selecting your plan, duration, and delivery slot. Once payment is confirmed, subscription begins after 2 days of successful onboarding.
Locations: We deliver within a 5 km radius of Moti Nagar (Kirti Nagar, Patel Nagar, Paschim
Vihar, Rajouri Garden, Punjabi Bagh, Shadipur, Janakpuri, etc.).
Timings:
Morning Slot: 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
Evening Slot: 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
We deliver Mon-Sat (No delivery on Sundays).
Customers must be available or provide handover instructions. We are not responsible for quality issues arising from unattended deliveries.
Temporary address changes can be accommodated with at least 3 days' prior notice, subject to availability within our delivery zones.

Your Lettuce Eat subscription covers only the cost of meals. Personalized nutrition consultations and one-on-one guidance with our Certified Nutrition Professional are available as a paid add-on service. This service is available only for 7-day and longer plans and includes one scheduled consultation call per week. It is not applicable for trial plans. During consultations, your health history, lifestyle, food preferences, allergies, and goals are reviewed, along with progress tracking and necessary adjustments.
